What is Your Truth Magazine?
My name is Allison Saia and I am the owner and founder of Your Truth Magazine. My goal in creating this new platform is to inspire people to share their truth and tell their story.
Each and every one of us has a truth inside. Being authentic to who we are as individuals and accepting all the pieces and stories that make us who we are is a powerful shift. We create such a ripple effect throughout our lives and the lives of those who read our stories.
Your Truth Magazine is a community for writers of all genres and skill levels. That’s what is so powerful about this movement I am trying to create. Some days my truth is best told through a poem. Another day it might be a personal essay. But, the common thread among everything I write is it’s MY truth. It’s as much who I am as my appearance and my talents.
I know each one of these stories and contributors will touch you, some more than others. But, I want them to empower you to share YOUR TRUTH with the world.
It’s not easy to be honest with the world, or even with yourself. Telling our stories doesn’t make us prisoners of them. In fact, it does the exact opposite. It gives us power over them. We are using them to change our lives and the lives of others.

Who is Allison Saia?
Allison Saia is the owner and founder of Your Truth Publishing and Your Truth Magazine, where she inspires people to share their truth and stories with the world. She prides herself as a professional wordsmith and is a highly effective writing coach, editor, and publishing consultant. Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Her passion is helping clients find their voice and guiding them, hand in hand in their writing journey.
A native of Hanover, Pennsylvania, Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from York College of Pennsylvania. She studied abroad in England at Edge Hill University. Allison is an accomplished and published poet, and served a two-year term as Poet Laureate of Hanover. A best-selling author, she has been a contributor to multiple publications, including the Huffington Post.
With over 25 years experience working as a writer and editor for numerous magazines, newspapers, and books, teaching Journalism, working as a Marketing Director, and most recently as Editorial Director of a publishing company, her unique background in marketing, education, and publishing allows her to bring all those skills together to help her clients in a comprehensive way.
Allison resides in her hometown with her husband, Dan, and their beloved corgidor, Hailey. She loves to travel, find the best Mexican food, and spend time with her two sons, Holden and Harrison.
